The NFT.NYC Event Draws Attention from Far and Wide

This week will see the fourth NFT.NYC event hosted, seeing multiple NFT collections participating and featuring the likes of Madonna, a noted NFT enthusiast herself. The event will take place from Jun. 20 - 23 and will feature some of the biggest names in the NFT industry speaking, including OpenSea CEO and co-founder Devin Finzer, former F1 driver Romain Grosjean and filmmaker Spike Lee.

In a Nutshell:

• The NFT.NYC event is a large-scale program celebrating the NFT industry, and features panel discussions, speeches and media presentations.
• NFT.NYC will also launch the NYC.NYC 2022 Diversity of NFTs Art Collection in collaboration with 221 artists.
• Several NFT Collections will be hosting parties during the event, including Moonbirds, whose party will include a performance by Tame Impala and David Blaine.

What it Means:

• NFT.NYC has always been an exciting event but this year may be its best yet. NFTs have experienced a massive level of adoption since the 2021 event, and this one could really showcase the industry to the wider world.
